Got No Money again
Every January I suffer from having no money and thinking of taking out a loan or a credit card. I visited a number of sites to try to find the best possible loan rates but the differ from 6-14%. Who in there right mind will pay 14% APR on a loan. This country has gone mad and so has the debt! help!
